These Terms of Service govern your use of the Triple E Trucking, LLC website and our text messaging (SMS) program.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated dispatch text messages from Triple E Trucking, LLC at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
The Triple E Trucking SMS program sends operational dispatch notifications to drivers and contracted subhaulers, including job assignments, report times, truck assignments, materials, and job changes or cancellations.
You may opt in by signing up through our website's dispatch sign-up form, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive dispatch texts during onboarding with Triple E (verbally or in writing). Consent is not a condition of employment, contracting, or any purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in by signing up again.
